- Fit-up turning roll is composed by twin of idler rotators, oil pump station, electric control system, pendant controller and so on.
- Idler rotator is composed by hydrualic liftable wheel seat, pedestal, idle trolley and so on.
- Forged steel wheel suitable for heavy duty wind tower/tank/vessel fabrication.
- There is reserved bolt screw on fit-up turning roll pedestal. By changing the wheel seat interval distance, it could be using for diverse diameter sections assembling procedure.
- Idle trolley mobile on the rail, by changing the twin idle rotators distance to satisfy with different length sections requirement.
